Walkers find many interesting things on the YRE walks.

Walk will be at St. Clair Square Mall. Meet at 9:45 am at Schnucks in Fairview Heights for registration & walk will move to the Mall to walk at 10:00 am.

28 walkers showed up to walk despite fog, rain & hail. Walkers enjoyed talking & visiting with old friends.

Trudy Duffman, POC & Dee Wojtysiak were busy working & making the Soup Walk a good event even if mother nature made the walk a challenge.

Walkers enjoyed being able to walk outside with no rain or snow.

      

The Illinois Trekkers invite you to walk this volksmarch. We ask all walkers to bring 2 cans of soup per person. One can of soup will be added to a pot for poor man’s soup pot and the other can will be donated to the local food pantry. Warm bread will also be served. Desserts will be available for a nominal donation. Please join us for a great walk and a meal among friends, old and new!!!!
