The Illinois Trekkers invite all bike riders to join them for a one hour bike ride. Meet on the parking lot of Belleville East YMCA at 2627 Carlyle Ave, Belleville, IL. Registration at 5:15 pm & ride at 5:30 pm. This is an AVA sanctioned bike ride. All riders pay $3 & will stamp their event book & bike distance book.

The Illinois Trekkers invite you to join them on a group walk. Note time change. Registration 8:45 AM and start walking at 9:00 AM. 5K walk normally takes about 1 hour. 10k walk normally takes 2 hours.

The Illinois Trekkers invite you to join them on a 5k group walk.          Registration 5:45 PM and start walking at 6:00 PM. Please bring a flashlight.

In accordance to AVA guidelines you must wear a mask when registering & please maintain social distancing when walking.

Please come to Springfield, Illinois to meet up with Walking Adventures International Tours to walk the Springfield Capital Walk. Walking Adventures International Tours have laid out their own trail which is a bit different from the Illinois Trekkers walk.

The Illinois Trekkers invite you to “Come Walk With Us” along Lebanon’s Belleville, St. Louis, Madison, Main and Center Streets to see a variety of architectural styles from Greek Revival, Gothic, Italianate, English Country, Queen Anne, Georgian and Southern Colonial. You will enjoy walking through the McKendree University campus. McKendree was founded in 1828 and is the oldest college or university in Illinois. Be on the look-out for the Secret Garden and the Mermaid House Inn. After walking be sure to enjoy the Annual Fall Festival and all the wonderful eating establishments in Lebanon, Illinois.
