    The Gateway Milers are hosting a traditional event. There are three walks which are 5k or 6K walks. Depending on which walk you select, you will view beautiful, forested trails, scenic rock formations, waterfalls, springs, ravines, and the Meramec River.

    Driving to the start

    Al Foster Trail Head parking lot: From HWY 44 West, take exit 264 for MO-109N. Right onto Old State Rd. Turn Right onto Washington Ave. Washington turns into Grand Ave. Park at the lot (on left) with “Western Greenway & Meramec Greenway” brown sign
