Prewalk Historic Alton Walk
The Illinois Trekkers invite walkers to prewalk the Historic Alton Walk. Walkers will view the Lincoln-Douglas Debate Site and check out the history of the Underground Railroad including Elijah Lovejoy monument plus Robert Wadlow, the tallest man, statue. Come help celebrate the 200th birthday of the state of Illinois. Walkers can walk 5k, 11k, 16k or 22k. 2018 Historic Alton Walk

The Gateway Milers invite walkers to walk Schorr Lake Vineyards, the Vandebrooke neighborhood and Lakeview Park. Start between 9:00 and 11:00 am. 5k and 10k trails will be available. Lunches will be available for purchase by the Gateway Milers.

The Illinois Trekkers invite you to walk historic Marissa to help Marissa celebrate their Coal Festival and Illinois celebrate their Bicentennial.
Mark trail & Prewalk Marissa Coal Festival Walk
Volunteers are invited to come help mark the trail for the traditional event on June 9, 2018. Workers are invited to walk the walk so they have plenty of time to enjoy the walk.
