Walkers discovered new decorations on the walk.

Walkers found a very creative decorations at this house.

The Illinois Trekkers invite you to join them on a 5k/10k group walk. Registration 9:45 AM and start walking at 10:00 AM.  5K walk normally takes about 1 hour. 10k walk normally takes about 2 hours.

New Year’s Eve party to follow at the Round Table at 12:00 noon.

It was a nice day for a walk, but the snowmen were starting to melt.

Walkers found a tree that is part of the Heartlands Conservancy “Jingle Hike Challenge”.

Walkers stopped by Santa’s house, but he wasn’t home. Santa must still be at the North Pole.

Due to needed rain finally coming to the area, the walk has been moved to the mall so walkers can stay dry.

Registration will be at Walgreens in Fairview Heights at 9:45.

It is Halloween, but the Christmas tree is already in place.

Santa’s chair was empty. We couldn’t find him anywhere.

Christmas decorations could be found throughout the mall.

Walkers found this mirror that is part of the decorations when we walked on October 24, 2024. The mirror definitely changed how everything looked.

Lincoln’s home was on the walk.

Walkers found straw bales situated for a picture with Lincoln’s home.

It looks like a shoe store, but it’s an optical illusion. The space is empty & for lease.

Walkers found a new mural on the walk that started at the Mascoutah Public Library. The mural has a 3D effect.

Walkers enjoyed the Halloween decorations.
