The Illinois Trekkers invite you to join them & Team Stifel for the 2021 Virtual Walk Day Event & group walk.  Registration 8:45 AM and start walking at 9:00 AM. 5K walk normally takes about 1 hour. 10k walk normally takes 2 hours. 

In accordance to AVA guidelines you must wear a mask when registering & please maintain social distancing when walking.

The deadline to register for Team Stifel is May 25th. Donate or collect donations of $25 or more by May 25th & receive  Stifel Team T-shirt. Collect $100 & receive a Komen T-shirt too. Please click on the link below for more information or to register.

Bob Buzolich, AVA Regional Director, awarded Scott Billhartz Treasurer of the
Lebanon Cedar Cruisers, a 35th Anniversary Award,
a Meritorious Award to Bill Malina, President of
Lebanon Cedar Cruisers for 25 years, and a Commendation Award to Scott. The Lebanon Cedar Cruisers disbanded late last year due to Bill’s
health. Highland was one of the Lebanon Cedar
Cruisers signature traditional walks.

MAY 22 – WALK WITH THE SAINT LOUIS WALKERS, THE GATEWAY MILERS, AND THE ILLINOIS TREKKERS, IN FLORISSANT. This is the walk that SHOULD have happened May 8, but due to thunderstorms, it had to be postponed.

 

WALK WITH THE SAINT LOUIS WALKERS AT THE VALLEY OF THE FLOWERS FESTIVAL* IN FLORISSANT, MISSOURI. This walk is dedicated to the memory of Jackie Burgoon who was a member of the Saint Louis Walkers, the Illinois Trekkers, and the Gateway Milers for many years. We feel an affectionate bond with her and want to honor her for her determination to keep on walking despite serious health issues.
